We’re looking for a full-time front desk office manager and the ideal candidate will be a self-starting team player and the position requires you “wear many hats.” Multi-tasking is a must in this position as you will have a front desk role with some back office responsibility.
Customer service and administrative experience are a big plus!
Primary responsibilities include scheduling, insurance coordination, answer incoming calls, Accounts Receivable, managing office flow including meeting minutes, intra-office correspondence, and managing email accounts. Other tasks include coordinating patient accounts and billing, archiving patient records, ordering office supplies, working with the business owners on different levels and really making this role as much as you put in.
