Coppersmith Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy is located on the west side of 25th Ave NE, near the intersection with Blakely Avenue, across the street from the Silver Cloud Inn.
There is ample free parking for patients, with an elevator on the west side of the building for those who cannot manage the stairs.
From I-5:
- Take exit 169 to NE 45th Street
- Turn east on 45th Street
- At the bottom of the viaduct, loop around and head north on 25th Ave NE
- Continue past the University Village
- Clinic is on the west side, just before the stoplight at Blakeley
